Well we have now been officially asked for numbers and rooms required.

The information I have is below. What I need is numbers of who is going and if you require a room and if you want to share it with someone else.




Single £30 - £80, Twin £25 - £42.50, Treble £30 (2 double beds only)

Rooms Inn Jurys Inn are available room only for £73, ie. double occupancy
£31.50, triple occupancy £24.33.

The cost of the 2 day course and competition is £25.

The sooner we can book the rooms the cheaper they will be, the cheapest ones always go first, so the quicker you are in letting us know you want them the better.

For those that want to go I have booked a table at a cantonese restaurant near to where we will be staying for the saturday night.

We have been there a few times and it has always been excellent. The all you can eat buffet is £15, good value for money.

The transport there and back is supplied by us free of charge.
£25 entry fee
£40 B+B
£15 meal on saturday night

So £80 will cover your travel, accomodation, training, main meal on the saturday and breakfast on the sunday.

Other than that you just need some spare cash for drinks and any additional food you want to buy.

There is an option of going to a nightclub which TJF hire for a night, tickets are usually £5. Though if you dont want to go, you can just stay and eat more food in the restaurant.

As for other expenses:

We will be going to a Chinese restaurant for an all you can eat offer which costs £13.
You will also be able to buy nightclub tickets for £5.

We will want monies for that as soon as possible, ideally on the bus as we are on the way to the event.

Just got back, sore and aching all over!

It was a fantastic weekend, lots of good training, some great displays of Jitsu, lots of fun socialising and many stories. Oh yes and very little sleep .

Glad everyone had a fab time!

Randori nationals are March 10th/11th and I cant wait for it now :confused:. Extra drink for me that weekend though - I will postpone my birthday celebrations a week so I can get major wrecked then :p
